Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 3 PM CST may be processed the following business day. In the event of high order volume or supply chain disruptions, processing times may be delayed. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email or phone.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer standard, expedited, and overnight shipping options through trusted carriers. Delivery times vary based on your selected shipping method and destination:

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

• Overnight Shipping: 1 business day

Please note that delivery times do not include order processing time.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. For bulk orders or government contracts, custom shipping arrangements can be made by contacting our logistics team.

Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship within the United States, including U.S. territories and military bases. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us directly to discuss custom options and regulatory requirements.

Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier and provide a replacement or refund as necessary.
